My guest on the show was Sarah Taylor a 16-time female bodybuilding champ at the age of 48yrs old. Sarah spoke of her journey from getting into bodybuilding, suffering from depression and being told she was obese. She spoke on how she dealt with her depression, through her fitness. From working in IT to what she is doing now in that area. She also talks about the diets and lifestyle changes change went through to work out what works for her body, and now teaching people on nutrition.
